You will want to check your owners manual or with the Toyota dealer if you can install snow tire chains on your 2005 Toyota Highlander, or if there are any limitations. On some of the larger tire sizes you might run into clearance problems with snow tire chains.
The Thule Snow Tire Chains XG12 Pro, part # TH01594255, are compatible with the 255/55R18 tire size. They have a 12mm internal clearance. These snow tire chains are classified as a SAE Class S tire chain. A Class S snow tire chain has to have an internal clearance of 15mm or less. That measurement means the clearance between the tire sidewall and the closest part of your vehicle. Most of the newer vehicles with larger tires recommend Class S snow chains because of limited tire clearance.
If your vehicle can use snow tire chains and they need to be Class S chains the Thule XG12 would be an excellent choice.
I am including links to FAQ pages on snow tire chains and Thule snow chains.
