I went out into our warehouse and measured the distance from the center of the pin hole to the butt end of the shank on the Sportframe Drawbar 2-1/8 inch Rise or 2-3/4 inch Drop 2000# Kit, part # 3592, and found that it is 1-9/16 inches.

I then pulled a Sportframe Drawbar 2-1/8 inch Rise or 2-3/4 inch Drop 2000# Kit, part # 3593, that comes in the Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch for the 2005 CR-V by Honda, part # 60952, that you have on your 2005 Honda CR-V and found that it also shares the same measurement of 1-9/16 inches from center of the pin hole to the butt end of the shank.

Since the original drawbar that came in your kit was 1-9/16 inch and the # 3592 you are interested in shares the same measurement you should be okay to use a drawbar with that measurement. However, I strongly recommend you use the # 3593 because it is the same drawbar that came originally with your hitch, because the added length to the shank will add more leverage and torque on your hitch and frame when you are towing a trailer that could potentially cause damage to your hitch and/or frame.
