The Loadstar trailer tires are made in both China and Taiwan.
You will want to check the inside of the tire and if there is wear also on the inside it will be from low tire pressure. Always make sure to inflate trailer tires to the maximum psi rating listed on the tire for maximum load carrying capacity and longer life.
If the wear is just on the outside then the tire is riding at a slight angle with the bottom pointed more in toward the trailer than the top.
You will need to check the suspension components, axles, spindles, to make sure nothing is loose, bent, or damaged. You will also want to make sure the wheel is not bent.
I have linked an FAQ on trailer tires.
