Question:
I have a 2004 GMC Sierra, 2500HD. There is no wiring/bulbs for the license plate lights. The shade part on the outside of the bumper the bulbs fit into are there. Will your wiring harness/bulb socket fit into the original I think set up? If not, will your shade fit into this bumper? Thanks.

For your 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD you would need a Westin Perfect Match Bumper Light Kit, part # 00007271. This light kit is designed to work on a 2004 GMC Sierra 2500, that should have cutouts in the bumper for the lights that have square edges.
The # 00007153 you referenced is designed to work on the older body style of GMC trucks that have light cutouts that have round and square cutouts.
