Expert Reply:
To help protect your Reese 5th wheel hitch from the elements during the off-season you can use their part # RP30055. This fits Reese hitches (and most models from sister brands Draw-Tite and Hidden Hitch) except for the Reese Elite Series. The cover's elastic hem and two buckles will keep it in place to protect your hitch.
If you'd like some addition tie downs to ensure the cover does not flap around in the wind you might also consider bungee cords like # EM06667.
