The # D15500 is a universal fit product, and what that means is that as long as you have the room underneath your hood to mount this Derale 16-Pass Electra-Cool Remote Engine Oil Cooler Kit w/ Fan, -8 AN Inlets - Class II, part # D15500, it should fit on your 2006 300C SRT-8.
The dimensions of the # D15500 are 15-3/4 inches wide, 11-1/2 inches tall, and 5 inches deep. If you have an area under your hood that would fit something of those dimensions you should be able to install the # D15500.
