How Long Are the Bolts Used in AnchorTrax Truck Bed and Trailer Cargo Control System, # AT3375

Question:

How long are the bolts that are included with this product? I have an enclosed cargo trailer with a pressure treated floor. I am wondering if the bolts are long enough to go through the two plates and the flooring and still have enough thread exposed to tighten the nuts.

I went out to the warehouse to measure the hardware used on the AnchorTrax Truck Bed and Trailer Cargo Control System, # AT3375. The overall length of the bolts is 1-1/4 inches. The threaded portion is 1 inch long while the counter sunk head is 1/4 inch.
