For your 2010 Ford F-150 Crew Cab 4x4 XLT with 6-1/2 foot bed, The B&W Patriot Slider Hitch, # BWRVK3270, is compatible. This is a very nice hitch with a Gross Towing Weight of 18,000 lbs, a 12 inch sliding travel, and an adjustable height from 17-19 inches. This sliding hitch will allow you two locking positions, the closer to cab position for towing and the closer to rear position for turning clearance.
This hitch has a Semi-Custom installation kit available that includes base rails, semi-custom brackets, and hardware. This B&W Semi-Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F-150 is # BWRVR3201-00. It is a confirmed fit for your truck.
B&W does not offer a custom kit, but Curt does offer a custom kit so that no frame drilling would be required. This Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit is # C16441-204. This rail kit is completely compatible with the B&W Patriot Hitch. This custom install bracket will be a better fit and will actually save you some money.
You may also want the wiring harness that mounts in the bed of your truck. That custom wiring harness connects to your factory 7-way and is # PK11893-11932
