If you are experiencing sag while under heavy loads, # AL60814 AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Rear Coil Springs are a great choice for your 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. The manufacturer recommends maintaining a minimum of 5 psi in your air bags while your vehicle is unloaded(maximum psi is 35). You will certainly want to keep an eye on the air pressure as well. You can expect a minor decrease in air pressure when the temperature cools. I recommend maintaining a minimum of 8-10 psi while the vehicle is unloaded during extreme cold weather conditions. This will be more than enough to account for minor decreases in air pressure and should not affect your vehicle's performance when driving unloaded. There is no need to remove the air bags during the winter.

Getting ready for winter is definitely important, but letting your car warm up will not have much of an effect on your air bags. Next spring, be sure to use a garden hose to spray the road salt and winter grime off your air springs, fittings, brackets and valves. I have attached a Grand Caravan installation video as well.

I also suggest installing a compressor kit such as the Firestone Level Command II, # F2158, so you will be able to monitor and adjust the air pressure in the bags accordingly.

Don't forget your easy to use tubing/hose cutter # AL10530. This is a handy tool that will ensure clean cuts and leak free seals during installation.
