You will need the Draw-Tite 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Connector for Dodge, # 51-97-411 for your 2010 Dodge 3500. This harness will have the 90 degree 7-way connector that installs in your truck bed and allows the hookup of fifth wheel and gooseneck trailers. It will install between the OEM wiring harness and the factory 7-way connector. You will be able to retain the use of the factory 7-way at the rear of the vehicle.
The Draw-Tite 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Connector # 51-97-410 you have referenced will not work on your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500.
