The Tow Ready Wiring Harness, # 118384, is for a Nissan Titan with the factory 7-Way trailer connector. It will plug into the back of your 7-Way on your vehicle and the other end will plug into the tow vehicles trailer harness connector, behind the bumper on the drivers side. This harness does not come with relays because they are usually installed already when the factory 7-Way is on the vehicle.

You might check the accessory fuse block to make sure you have the three relays installed that are needed for your towing harness to work on your 2007 Nissan Titan. The fuse block is located under the hood on the passengers side of the vehicle, just forward of the battery. With the lid removed there should be three relay locations with three relays plugged in.

If you do not have the relays installed, the relays you will need # C57000. These are the relays you will need to activate the towing circuits on your 2007 Titan. The relays are available individually, without having to purchase a trailer connector.

If you do not have a factory 7-way on the rear of your vehicle you can use the Hopkins 7-Way and 4-Way Vehicle End Trailer Connector, # N40975. This connector comes with the relays and the mounting bracket. It plugs into the vehicles wiring harness behind the bumper and gives you a 7-Way and a 4-way at the rear of your vehicle.
