For any of the available trailer hitches for a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe, including Draw-Tite Hitch, # 75684, the receiver opening and part of the cross tubing will be visible beneath the vehicle. This is because the required attachment points on the vehicle require that type of design. I have included a link to the installation details for this hitch below.

If you plan on doing some towing, the recommended ball mount is # 2923 for use with ball # 19260 (1-7/8 inch diameter), # 19247 (2 inch diameter), and # 19287 (2-5/16 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, if your Santa Fe does not have a tow package, use # 118415. If it does have a tow package, use # 118258.
