The Westin Surestep Bumper, # 21002-92230, will fit your 1968 Ford F-100 Ranger truck if it is a standard side bed. It will not fit the step side or narrow bed truck.
The bumper includes the mounting brackets to install the bumper in the factory holes on your frame. It does not require any drilling.
