We do have a trailer hitch that fits the 2016 Toyota Prius (not the c or V models). It is Curt trailer hitch # C11473. I have included a link to the installation details for you.

If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.

Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements. I have linked a video showing how the strap works.

For a great economical and lightweight bike rack, I recommend the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style for 1-1/4" and 2" Trailer Hitches # S64650. Then to secure the rack to your vehicle you can use the anti-rattle rack lock # S64029 and bike cable lock # e98891 to secure your bikes to the rack.
