What 3 Bike Trunk Mount Bike Racks Will Fit On A 2008 GMC Acadia

Which rack fits a 2008 GMC Acadia. No trailer hitch -need it for 3 bikes.

A trunk bike rack from Thule that I would recommend for your 2008 GMC Acadia is the Thule Passage 3 Trunk Bike Rack, # TH911XT. This rack features anti-sway cradles to help keep your bikes in place when mounted to your vehicle.

I also have the SportRack Backbone 3 Trunk Bike Rack, # A1124XT. It is a 3 bike rack with a weight capacity of 132 lbs. It has similar features to the Thule racks but with a little more weight capacity.

Yakima does not offer a trunk bike rack for your vehicle.

If you are going to be carrying womens or childrens bikes that do not have the horizontal bar at the top of the frame, you will want to use the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT. It attaches to the center seat post and to the handlebar post and provides a horizontal bar, so the bike can ride level on the bike rack.
