Does the Perfect Fit bumper use the existing mounting brackets or are new brackets included with the bumper? 1999 Dodge Dakota Is any drilling required for installation? Thanks.

The Westin Bumper, # 32012, comes with new brackets and mounting hardware. It is a no-drill installation. It also comes with the face bar, pads and the light assemblies.
Everything on this bumper will match the OEM specifications of the factory bumper.
