I need to know which ones will fit my truck. Also will this interfere with a 5th wheel hitch? 2008 Dodge 1500 crew cab 4X4

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2299, will fit on your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 if it is a Mega Cab model.

As far as interference with the fifth wheel hitch, as long as the brackets bolted to the side of the frame on your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500, to receive the fifth wheel hitch, are bolted on the outside of the frame of the vehicle you should not have any problems installing the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Kit, # F2299. The upper brackets of the Firestone spring kit bolt to the existing jounce bumper location and the braces are installed on the inside of the frame.

I am sending a link to the installation instructions on the Firestone spring kit and it will show on page 2 of the instructions where the brackets will attach to the inside of the frame.
