Height of Cutout Portion of Stromberg Carlson Fifth Wheel Tailgate Part # VG-97-100

Question:

What is the exact height of the cutout from the bottom of the bed of the truck, to the top of the cutout? I have a motorcycle I haul in the back of my F250, and it just fits with back wheel on back of bed, but wheel and fender stick out over the edge of bed. Just need a small amount of clearance. Thanks! Since I do not have your truck here to install the tailgate onto for measuring purposes, I will give you the distance from the top of the high ends of the tailgate down to the level of the cutout opening in the center. The higher ends of the tailgate will be at the same height as the bed rails or the top of the OEM tailgate. You can measure down 10-5/8 inches from either location, which will show you where the top of the cutout opening will be located once the tailgate is installed.
