Question:
There are two yellow wires on the selenoid. Where do I hook these, to the yellow wire on the wire harness for the trailer or directly to the reverse light wire on the truck?

The solenoid in the Titan Zinc-Plated, Leverlock Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout, item # T4715420, is wired to the reverse light circuit on the truck through the trailer connector on the vehicle and trailer.
If you have a factory 7-Way connector on your vehicle the center connection in the 7-Way should be the reverse light circuit and one of the yellow wires should be attached to the center connector in the trailer side connector.
If you are towing with 5-Way connectors, item # 20016 and # 20017 then the extra connection should be connected to the reverse light circuit on the truck side and one of the yellow wires on the trailer side.
If you have a 4-Way connector on the truck then you will need to add at least a 5-Way connector to provide the reverse lockout solenoid function. We have an adapter available, # 47515 to do just that.
The second wire from the solenoid should be grounded to a clean, paint rust and corrosion free spot on the trailer frame.
