Need to know if the TH544 lock kit fits the 430 Tracker II feet before I purchase. The description says nothing about it.

Yes, the Thule Locking Cylinders, # TH544, will fit the Thule Tracker II Feet, # TH430. Thule calls their locking system the One Key System. Any Thule product that says it can use the One Key System would use the same locks.
