I do not recommend using the Trailer Hitch Mounted Motorcycle Carrier with Jack and Swivel, # RHMC1SV, if your bike weighs more than 800 pounds. The construction of the carrier is not rated for more than 800 pounds so it could break when used beyond its capacity or at least render the carrier unusable. The warranty will also be voided. Personally, I would not take the chance with my bike.
The best bet is to use a small utility trailer large enough for the length and weight of your bike. You could install the RackEm Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock, # RA-17, on the floor of the trailer. I have included product specs below.
You could then use Tie-Down Motorcycle Assist Straps (Qty 2), # 06303, with ratchet straps like Highland Cast Aluminum Ratcheting Tie-Downs, # 1157300, to secure the bike to the trailer.
