I have an older trailer 1987 with a 1 x 4 spindle. Can I replace with this hub?

The Trailer Hub Assembly, # 34822BX, fits BT8 1 inch Spindles and uses # L44643 inner and outer bearings. It has a capacity of 1,250 pounds per hub and a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. If that matches your old hub then this is hub will fit. The only definitive way to determine the correct hub assembly is to either get the bearing numbers or measure all the dimensions of the spindle.
