On the Mississippi Ole Miss Logo Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover, # CHC318, the brackets on the back of the cover have three holes for the different class hitch pins location, which allows the cover to be used in 2 inch Class III receivers.

So when the bracket is inserted into the receiver hitch, the correct hole will line up for your hitch, then the pin is inserted. The pin will keep the cover in place and keep it from moving around.
