Will Topline Bed Extender, part # BX4004-01, Fit 2009 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Short Bed

Will the Topline Bed Extender for the 2009 Toyota Tacoma, part # BX4004-01, fit my 2009 Toyota Tacoma? I really want this extender! I am also interested in stronger D-rings or equivalent to put in the front of the bed to tie down dirt bikes. Any suggestions?

I have a AnchorTrax Truck Bed and Trailer Cargo Control System w/ Sliding Tie-Downs - 1 foot Long, # AT3375, that might work for a stronger tie-down in the front of your truck bed. It is (2) one foot long tracks that attach to the bed and has adjustable D-rings for different cargo sizes. The rings have a 3,000 lbs. break strength and a 1,000 lbs. load limit. It comes with mounting hardware.
