Bike Rack with Extra Clearance for Spare Tire for 2002 Honda CR-V

Question:

I am looking for a trailer hitch bike rack, preferably a 4 bike rack that will work on a 2002 Honda CRV. The truck has a 1 1/4 hitch but because the spare tire is mounted on the tailgate, the rack would need to come out a long way to clear the tire. I have measured 10 from the end of the hitch mount to the outside edge of the tire. Do you have anything like that?
