Is a Hitch Pin Included with Valley Dual-Receiver Ball Mount, Part # V75090

Question:

I recently placed an order for a trailer hitch which arrived today but there was no retaining pin included with it. The item is Valley Trailer Hitch Ballmount with 2 inch Receiver for Bike Racks or Cargo Carriers, part # V75090. Can you please advise me on this.
