For getting your transmission fluid cooler the best solution would be a supplemental cooler like the part # D13503 that you referenced. This will keep the fluid much cooler which will prolong the life of the transmission. Your fluid is getting too hot, I would strongly recommend a cooler.

Full synthetic fluid won't help keep the temperatures down, but it might help prevent the fluid from breaking down.

You will want to measure the area in front of your radiator to determine if this cooler will fit. This cooler measures 11" Wide x 8-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.

You will also want the snap in adapter part # D13035.
