Does this wiring harness need a 12 volt dedicated feed from the battery? 99 jeep grand cherokee limited

The Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118369, does not need a separate feed to the battery on your 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The T-One connector just plugs into the vehicle and gets power from that connection point. I have included a video installation and the instructions below.
