For your 2005 Toyota Sequoia towing a 24 foot travel trailer, I recommend the High Performance Reese SC Weight Distribution System with Shank, # RP66151. The RP66151 has a tongue weight capacity up to 600 pounds and it can handle up to 10,000 pounds of gross trailer weight. I looked up your trailer and found it to weigh around 4,500 pounds, so this system will work for your needs. I have included a link to the instructions below.

This system comes with the shank but not a ball. The weight distribution head will accept hitch balls with a 1-1/4 shank diameter and a 2 inch or 2-5/16 inch ball diameter. The ball diameter needs to match the trailer coupler. I recommend either Hitch Ball # A-90, or # 19286 depending on your towing needs.

You might also be interested in adding a couple of safety chains like Safety Chain with Clevis Slip Hook (1 chain), # 1483-535-04.
