350 Mini Weight Distribution Shank Compatibility with a 2004 Toyota Sienna

Question:

I have a 2004 toyota sienna with an aftermarket tow bar which is installed under the bumper very low clearance - I use a 4 inch turned upside down receiver to get trailer almost level towing a 2001 coleman cheyenne approx 3000 lbs - will this products receiver/ball height be adequate for my situation
