The 20x48 Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4 inch (Class II Only) Trailer Hitches - One Piece Design, # 63154, comes welded together, so only the shank needs to be bolted on. Plus, the welded carrier is more sturdy than the bolted model. The 63155 is the same carrier but it requires assembly, bolting together three parts.

You may also need lights for the carrier if your load blocks the vehicle lights. Use Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers, # 20174. I have included a link to a video review of this light kit below.
