What are the Dimensions for the Parts Included in the Replacement Gear Kit BD500106

Question:

what is the outside diameter,height and diameter for the shaft of this gear set?

Expert Reply:

My contact at Bulldog confirmed that the outside diameter for the gears is 1-3/8 inches.

The shorter pin has a diameter of 3/16 of an inch and is 13/16 of an inch long. The longer pin also has a diameter of 3/16 of an inch, but is 1-1/4 inches long.
