Is the Tongue Weight Capacity of Ball Mount 80232 Reduced by 50 Percent Like Other Adapters

Question:

I am considering purchasing this item. The fact that it is extra long raises a question for me. Does using this item reduce the weight capacity of the hitch being used? I refer you to the use of extenders that are available that clearly indicate the use of those items reduce the hitch capacity by 50.
