Chances are the 1995 GMC C3500 did not come with a factory tow package, so you will have to hardwire the vehicle if you want to use any brake controller. It is not as difficult as it sounds. You will need a few things first. You will need the Brake Controller 7 and 4 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7. I have included a couple of videos showing this kit being installed. You will also need the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118315, if you do not already have a 4-flat connector. I have included a link to the installation instructions below.
