Yes there are fifth wheel bracket kits available for your 2010 Ram 3500. You would use Valley kit, part # V55340R. This kit includes the brackets that bolt to the frame and the rails that sit in the bed and attach to the frame brackets. I have included a link to the instructions so you can see how the kit installs.

You may also be interested in wiring, to attach your trailer wiring in the bed of your truck. The 5th Wheel and Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Connector, part # 51-97-410, is 9 feet long and has a 90-degree angle to fit in tight spaces and ease installation. Mounting requires a 2 inch hole saw for drilling into the bed side.
