Will My Factory 4-Pin Work After I Install Tow Ready 7-Way Harness for a 1997 Ford F-150

Installation looks easy enough. After I install the 7 wire cable and mount the 7 pin connector, leaving my factory 4 pin in place, will my 4 pin still function?

The factor 4-Pin should continue to function. The 7-Way Wiring Kit just connects in line and the signals can still travel to the 4-Pin. I have added a link to the instructions for you to review.
