Do the P-3 and Prodigy Brake Controllers Remain Constantly On Once Plugged In

Both the Tekonsha Prodigy # 90185 and P-3 #90195 brake controllers will go into a power saving mode after 15 minutes without motion, once the vehicle ignition is turned off.

The simple answer to your question is yes, but because the units go into power-saving mode, and because the LED lights on the unit draw a minute amount of electricity, leaving the brake controller plugged in would not drain your vehicle battery.
