- If you have Curt above the bed 5th wheel rails like in kit # C16420-104 that you have referenced then the correct brackets for a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 long bed are # C16420. However, if you have rails from a different manufacturer, you have to match the bracket manufacturer with the rail manufacture.
You cannot mix manufacturers because the parts have not been tested together and the capacity of the system will be unknown.
