For the Kodiak XL-Lube in and 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern and with 5/8 inch bolts we only have it available in a raw finish # K2HR858XLD. It is designed to fit Dexter 8k axles. I spoke with my contact at Classic Accesories and they said that they have not done a test fit on any of the 2012 Polaris models yet. They did mention that the Polaris Ranger EFI is similar in size to the Ranger XP model. They have the Classic Accessories Quick-Fit UTV Seat Cover, part # CA18027, which is listed for the 2009 to 2011 Polaris Ranger XP/HD.
