2003 Element: It took a week from the order day to receive my hitch. Installation time is fairly accurate altough be prepared to beat it into place with a rubber mallet. I used a dremmel type tool to widen the access holes which made the job easier. Also used a floor jack on one side while using the mallet on the other and they both moved into place simultaneously. It is a very tight fit. I don't think this hitch is going anywhere. The wire pull for the bolts makes the job really simple. Will have to rate reliability after extended use.

Fast shiping(3 days)unscrached in box.Two hours to install hitch and 118336 wiring harness.Only thing I did different was to use Lock-tite on fram Bolts and replace 9/16 nuts with lock nuts.Well pleased with snug fit of this unit.
