I haven't pulled a trailer yet to rate it completely. Reliability Performance Ease Of Use Installation Cost-Benefit Nice looking hitch for Element Mean_Streak from Chicagoland, IL 2003 Element: It took a week from the order day to receive my hitch. Installation time is fairly accurate altough be prepared to beat it into place with a rubber mallet. I used a dremmel type tool to widen the access holes which made the job easier. Also used a floor jack on one side while using the mallet on the other and they both moved into place simultaneously. It is a very tight fit. I don't think this hitch is going anywhere. The wire pull for the bolts makes the job really simple. Will have to rate reliability after extended use.
