Great service and products. They were very helpful with picking the correct product, and tracking was very easy. The Hidden Hitch took me 4hrs instead of the 1hr quoted by Hidden Hitch, but there's always some problem. 2 thumbs up. Thank you ETRAILER.COMâ„¢

Nice looking hitch for Element
Mean_Streak from Chicagoland, IL
2003 Element: It took a week from the order day to receive my hitch. Installation time is fairly accurate altough be prepared to beat it into place with a rubber mallet. I used a dremmel type tool to widen the access holes which made the job easier. Also used a floor jack on one side while using the mallet on the other and they both moved into place simultaneously. It is a very tight fit. I don't think this hitch is going anywhere. The wire pull for the bolts makes the job really simple. Will have to rate reliability after extended use.
