My trailer reciever for my Extera came in on time and as advertised. Nothing was missing however there was some paint chipped off the reciever and the product stickers were not put on well. Minor problems if at all. It took about 20 minutes to intall. Very happy with my reciever and will buy again from etrailer.com

Searched for awhile looking for a 5000 lb hitch, found this site by accident and ordered this particular hitch. I placed my order on Sunday, received it on Tuesday, fast shipping. Surprisingly simple to install, only took 15 minutes, in fact it took longer to remove the cap on the preset wiring harness on my 2000 Xterra than to install the hitch. I would recommend this site and products to anyone!!!
