I ordered a new hitch and wiring harness kit through etrailer.com. I spoke with a pleasant service representative, and she took my information. She told me that she would e-mail me the confirmation of the order, then another e-mail would be sent when the order was shipped. I received both of these e-mails within 1/2 of an hour after our phone conversation. I was also told that my order would be at my house within 2-3 business days. This was a Tuesday evening around 7pm and the hitch was here the very next day before 24 hours were up. I was very amazed. My order was exactly right. All needed hardware was included. The instructional video is helpful for those who may not know how. I do work on cars for a living and I did not need the video, but it was a very nice touch to a wonderful experience.
