drop-down tail gate demonstration

The trailer body, frame and sides are constructed of glavanized steel, which means it will not rust or corrode. The sides are completely enclosed, which helps prevent load loss when hauling loose materials such as mulch. The tail gate opens to a full 180 degree position, allowing it to hang straight down, and it can be removed for your convenience. The tail gate fastens closed with two heavy-duty, side-mounted, lockable gate latches.

easy-tilt function demonstrationeasy-tilt knob and safety pin

The torsion ride axle with its independent suspension improves handling and lowers loading height. The trailer's low deck height and easy-tilt function make loading and unloading easy. ATVs and lawnmowers can be driven into the trailer for transport, and the whole trailer can be tilted to dump out loads such as rock or dirt. To tilt the trailer, simply pull out the safety pin and turn the knob, releasing the catch. The pin is attached to the trailer by a lanyard, so you will never lose it while you are focusing on the tilt function.

protected tail lights and license plate lightswiring along the underside of trailer

This trailer's wiring system is simple, functional and durable. The lights connect easily with snap-together wiring. The wiring runs to the lights through channels on the underside of the trailer that conceal and protect the wires, and a built-in harness keeps exposed wires from dangling.

All towed trailers must be licensed. To simplify this process, the licensing paperwork is included in the kit. You fill out the forms and take them along to your local Department of Motor Vehicles.

This is a great trailer
Moose from Victoria, TX
I previously submitted a review for the assembly of this trailer. I have now been using it for a while and find it to be excellent. It tows very lightly and without any undue noise or bouncing, even at very light loading. The tailgate latches are very secure and the hitch coupler is similarly safe. The tie-down buttons are sturdy and well positioned. I have had no problems or issues with the trailer's construction or towing ability. Due to the size, I cannot easily stand this trailer on end, and it would not fit in any garage on end anyway. It looks nice just sitting right side up in my garage. The wiring was a continuing concern with a few shorts apparently due to the somewhat inconsistent press-together connectors and mostly due to the lack of any directions (I forgot that LED lights are particular about polarity). I finally solved the last problem yesterday (hopefully). I also found some stick-on bases for wire-ties to tidy up the wiring under the trailer. I really like this trailer.
