Very pleased with hitch, wiring and hitch attachment. Shipment arrived in about 5 days. Each of the 3 items had good instructions. When I had a problem dropping the exhaust muffler I checked etrailers internet site and there was a video under FAQ. Everything else was relatively easy. My skill level is about a 5 out of 10 and I completed the installation in about 3 hours.
