The heavy duty plate tightens down to keep bikes safe during travel and may be used with a padlock to prevent theft. Standard 2-Bike Rack Ball Hole Mount The simple design on this original two-bike rack offers riders basic carrier functionality. Its solid steel construction provides lasting toughness. Kraton vinyl cushioning helps protect frames and offers additional gripping power. The top plate accommodates several different frame sizes, and turning knobs secure bikes to the arm. Keep your bikes safe by adding a couple of optional padlocks. This rack attaches to a flat surface with a 3/4" diameter hole, making it great for step bumpers or trailer hitch ballmounts.
