I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my new hitch. I received the Hidden Hitch for my Dodge Grand Caravan. Installation was easy with the detailed instructions. Although, doing by myself took a little longer than the 50 min it said it would. I would recommend to others doing by themselves to place the jack under the hitch to help hold it in place while tightening the bolts in place.
