I ordered a trailer hitch from etrailer on-line on Monday, Aug 25. The next day, on Aug 26, I had to change the order. They processed the change and the shipment arrived via UPS in the afternoon of Aug 27. Unbelievable! They were very helpful and professional in changing the order and kept me informed every step of the way. By the way their price was $128.00 for a Curt hitch while our local stores wanted $189.00.
