Roof Mounted Bike Rack by Tow Ready and Swagman
Single rail bike rack mounts to roof rack load bars already on your vehicle. The bike will sit in the rail and is held in place with an arm that comes up and clamps around the bike frame. The clamp can be locked to secure the bike.

Great rack for the money!

Very easy to use rack for the money. Takes a little time to set-up and mount for the first time (as with most racks) but securely fits narrow (Nissan) or wide factory (Toyota) load bars. Folds down for a very low profile when not in use. Clamp worked for child's bike (i.e. very small frame), kid's mountain bike (with a wide alternative wide tube frame) and regular adult mountain bike. Love not having to remove bike tires. Recommend keeping clamp completely closed and under pressure when not in use as the red clamp pads can fall out. Other then that great racks with locks for the money!
