The Strait-Line Hitch combines weight distributing with the best proven pro-active sway control system available in a newly-designed, easy to install kit. The Strait-Line Hitch name comes from its pro-active design literally forcing the trailer to stay in a straight line behind the tow vehicle. Sway is controlled by the Dual Cam High-Performance System. The stronger the sway force, the more the Dual Cam System works to stop it. Strait-Line Hitch 1200 is a combination of the Reese trunnion style weight distribution system (66022) and the Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control (26002). My only complaint - which is SMALL - it that you have to move the cams up and down to get the torsion bars on them correctly to attach the chain hangers. It is kind of a neusance... but worth it. I've used the old torsion system with the old friction sway bars... this is 1000 times better.
