I placed an order late on a Tuesday night and by 8:20 the next morning they sent a confirmation that everything was in stock. An hour and a half later they sent an email saying that it shipped. Two days later UPS dropped it off and it was shipped ground to Minnesota. That is amazing service. Very good communication, fast shipping, and good packaging. When you ship a big metal object like a trailer hitch you can expect the box to suffer some damage by the shippers. When it arrived, there was a hole punched in the box. Etrailer taped all of the small parts to the hitch in such a way that nothing was lost or damaged. I ripped the small bags containing parts trying to get the tape off but that is a small price to pay to prevent parts from getting lost. Way to go etrailer! I give you my highest recommendation and will refer you to my friends.
